2. Data Collected
DATA STORAGE LOCATION
We operate our booking infrastructure using secure, industry-standard servers. We adhere to strict data protection protocols, ensuring that your information is securely stored and handled with privacy and compliance as our top priorities.
REGISTRATION DATA
If you register on our website, we store your chosen username, email address, and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You retain the right to see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time. Website administrators maintain the ability to view and edit this information to provide customer support.
PURCHASE DATA
To secure your entry to our events, we collect and store purchase records associated with your transaction. This data is required for us to process your booking, issue your unique QR code, and provide necessary event updates or customer support.
3. Refund policy
All ticket sales are final.
The Only Exception: A refund will be issued if, and only if, the event for which you purchased a ticket is completely cancelled by Elite Events.
Process: In the event of a full cancellation, refunds will be processed exclusively to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Digital Wallet) used during the initial transaction.
Timeline: Approved refunds for cancelled events will be processed within 14 business days from the official date of cancellation.
Liability: Elite Events is not responsible for any ancillary costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings) incurred by the attendee in the event of a cancellation.
4. EVENT CONDUCT & LIABILITY
Safety Protocols: Attendance is subject to strict adherence to venue safety protocols. Any behavior deemed reckless—including but not limited to unauthorized stunts at automotive events or disruptive conduct—will result in immediate removal without refund.
Liability Waiver: Elite Events and its partners assume no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, including vehicles. By entering the venue, you accept all risks associated with attendance.
Age Requirements: Admission is restricted based on the age policy specified for each event (e.g., 18+ or 21+). Please carry a valid government-issued ID.
5. PAYMENTS & DATA PRIVACY
Security: All financial transactions are processed securely via the Paymob gateway. We do not store sensitive card data on our servers.
Data Use: Your contact information is utilized solely for ticket distribution, event communications, and necessary updates regarding your booking.
